It just starts sometimes for no reason, if I’m out it’s is so embarrassing , it’s depressing me as I no longer look forward to social events and find it’s really affecting my life. I have a family wedding in July which I am dreading because of it. All necklines of clothes get soaked . I am so aware of it all the time and feel very anxious. I haven’t discussed this with a dr. I find it very embarrassing.
Thankyou so much . You have been very helpful
Menopause is a hard one. For me anyway _ very emotional. Best of luck 🌿🌱
I did not have a problem with excessive sweating until I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted with a battery in my spine and back. I turned the stimulator off for about two weeks, but it made no difference so I turned it back on. I get hot flashes continuously, which always comes with going red and sweating so bad my clothes soak in minutes. If it's chilly outside steam will actually come off my head. Been tested for so many things and seen soo many doctors who have all given up on me even though they've seen it. My head and face are the worst though. It's a constant drip, it's ridiculous. I hate leaving my house. Anyone deal with something similar? Also im 26 years old 5'0 tall 220lbs.
Thank god you folks are here I thought I was the only one who couldn’t wear makeup or go to certain events My head is like a leaky faucet, drip drip drip soooo embarrassing.
In regards to the Botox. I had this done first but the results only lasted for one month and the NHS only offer one treatment a year so wasn’t any good for me sadly.
I'm always hot, but had been sweating like crazy over a few months. The doctor seems not to care when I mention it. Is there any way, form, treatment I can use to feel relief? This completely changed my life. I am very aware of the constant sweating and feel ashamed to go out or even receiving visitors since no one seems to understand and tell me is menopause. I sweat mostly my head and face, get red, getting rashes under my breast and bikini line, vaginal infections since I get completely… read more

I have fibromyalgia too and my white blood cells are always high. Perhaps all this sweating is just one of the myriad of fibro symptoms.
