My Sweating Always Comes With Overheating. Especially My Head/face. But Still No Diagnosis Any Ideas Anyone?

I get hot flashes continuously, which always comes with going red and sweating so bad my clothes soak in minutes. If it's chilly outside steam will actually come off my head. Been tested for so many things and seen soo many doctors who have all given up on me even though they've seen it. My head and face are the worst though. It's a constant drip, it's ridiculous. I hate leaving my house. Anyone deal with something similar? Also im 26 years old 5'0 tall 220lbs.

I really feel for u it’s so embarrassing at times I have no diagnosis yet I’m 56 can’t go out with family for meals or family parties it’s ridiculous the sweat pours from my face head until my eyes are stinging red patches on my chest arms and red 😢❤️🌹😘

My Fiance is the same way...And, I need to change my profile picture...That is a picture of my Deceased Son...Who was killed a year and a half ago...
It's nice knowing that my Fiance isnt alone in this world...Thank you...

I can be sitting on the side of the bed folding clothes and by the time I get through I’m soaking wet! The worst place I sweat is my head and face. No make up ever and hair pulled back in a ponytail. This just started about 3 years ago but I can’t get a doctor to diagnose it. It’s like.....Oh well it’s probably your meds. No biggie!!!! No biggie my butt, you don’t have to live with it!!
