Sage tablets are a natural alternative, they really help me, can take 2 weeks to start working but I couldn’t manage without them

Also botox is expensive and generally it only lasts for about 6months and you have to do it again

Hia.. I had it done on my face.. Didn't fancy the thought of it in my scalp so just had my face done. Cost me a bit which I wouldn't have minded if ild had results! After 2 weeks of absolutely no improvement I went for a second treatment.. A retouch if u like..and iam sorry to say nothing! No improvement!! Waste of money..not to mention the feeling of disappointment.. Apparantely it works well on hands and the underarms but the face and scalp no...thats my experience.. Hopefully waiting for something better in the future..

Not sure on that but cold compress / ice / deep breathing helps a lil but not a lot - I try & deal & yes very very embarrassing! I recently went to my fiancée firefighter Ball - needless to say I left in sweat & tears - chin up new day Tomm
