I dont really have an answer. Mine is terrible. dr said she could give me rx to help with sweating but i didnt like the side effects. so i suffer, stay inside alot

Maintaining air flow. Stagnant air during the summer, as well as air conditioned spaces, really trigger my sweating. Being outside with a breeze is ideal!!

I agree with KarinaR. If I have anything-clothing, hats, even lotion covering my skin I sweat way more. Having my skin exposed may not be great for skin but it does help with the sweating. It dries faster:)
