My doctor told me that face and head sweating is NOT hyperhdrosis. Is this true? I am to the point where I refuse to go out and I have spent the last week in bed because I am so embarrassed

It sounds the same as mine & it's HH. I can relate. Both embarrassing and exhausting. I only go out for appointments etc and even then just want to get home.
