Beta blockers have helped mildly, Thomson tees have helped to hide sweat from outter layer, but haven't found any full relief. Have considered Botox, or miradry, but going to try a few special hyperhidrosis antiperspirants first, I don't know for sure but reviews on zero sweat antiperspirant are promising.
Any antiperspirant containing ‘aluminium-zirconium glycine complex‘ e.g. Neat Feat brand
I go as natural as possible. With my other conditions, chemicals and even some natural products are out. So, I mostly focus on keeping moderately clean and changing frequently. I also try to eat right for me. I have a lot of protein, moderate carbs, and low vege. This is just for me, but I've found I sweat less when I eat enough protein, so I try to have at least the recommended amount per day, sometime double (between nuts, beans, oils, and meats). I use only GMO-free, where possible, as that is also a big thing for me. I definitely feel much worse if I use oils or grains that contain modified elements (like modified corn starch or hydrogenated oil). The only kind of supplement I take, is a probiotic/superfoood, which I won't name outright since I don't want to seem like I'm pushing it. Just that on this question it's essentially impossible not to talk about it, and I would say it works very well for me.
