My answer is NO. Sweaty regardless of how much I work out, how good of shape I’m in, how healthy I eat. If what we ate kept hyperhydrosis at bay, I’m sure all who suffer from this would follow a specific diet.

Hi to both of you. I live in England. We don’t get a spring, summer, Autumn or winter. It rains all the time. We get a really cold January. Then about 8 months of muggy humid rain. We get a random week of no warnings of 26 degrees max but if it’s windy it actually feels around 15 degrees. Autumn is chilly but rain and wind. Regardless of any temperature, I pour in sweat. When we do get a cold snap, I have to keep my coat open and can’t wear a scarf as my neck sweats. I’m not over weight. I exercise, but my top half of body sweats every minute, all year round. Tried oxybutin, and some others but they lady around 4 hours and give terrible headaches and dry mouth almost like heat stroke. Drs said they don’t know what else to do. I can’t wear make up anymore. It just drips off. I wash and dry my hair and within 5 mins it’s soaked again. I have to wear black all year round to cover the sweat patches. It’s a living nightmare.
