It starts on the back of head neck area. The droplets begin to start running down my back. I hate it. It makes me so self conscious. I want to scream and go hide from everyone.

Members rallied around someone experiencing severe head and neck sweating, sharing both the emotional toll of the condition and practical strategies for managing it. Several members suggested specific medications used off-label for hyperhidrosis, including Oxybutynin, Robinul, and Glycopyrrolate, while one member enthusiastically shared that Qbrexza glycopyrronium cloths finally brought relief after a decade of suffering. A recurring theme was frustration with dismissive doctors and the determination to advocate for oneself, try new solutions, and refuse to give up despite the embarrassment and isolation the condition can cause.

There is a new treatment out called Qbrexza which are glycopyrronium cloths, and after over 10 years of suffering miserably with horrific cranio-facial HH, I am finally FREE!!!! I have tried everything, and this product works 110%!!!

In the same boat. After refusing Gabapentin. I literally gave the nurse the suggestion from pharmacist Glycopyrrolate on the phone yesterday. My doctor closed at noon today and I haven't received a call back about the suggestion. The pharmacist couldn't see why he prescribed Gabapentin for sweating either. I read Oxybhtinin also Ditropan over the counter helps. Checked today Walmart today the patch is $16.00 they didn't carry the pills. Pharmacist said pills are cheaper. I'm going to check online prices. This medication says it's for help with bladder control. I'm gonna get something for this if it's the last thing I do. I won't give up.
