North Florida/Lower Alabama is oppressive in the summer—hyperhidrosis is awful, even inside. But, I don’t want to be trapped inside in bad weather—plus, I have a limited income for four-wheel-drive and heat. Any suggestions on a good place to live?

How about Oregon? Pretty mild seasons and not near the humidity as Florida.

Yes, I would have to. However, I don’t want cabin fever and can’t afford a 4WD right now.
