I had the procedure done about 30 years ago. It didn’t eliminate the underarm sweating and has also left me with compensatory sweating on my back, chest and groin area.
I suppose I have learnt to deal with it but it does still get me down, especially when it’s hot and more difficult to manage.

I'm sorry Belle...it was head. scalp..and face sweat that was sp bad I flew from Jersey to San Antonio Texas and got the procedure done. I regret it..the compensatory sweating is so bad I don't go out anymore..I fall because I'm an artist and when my floor gets wet..bang!... no one has answers...now turned into agoraphobia...can't find help..I do the best I can..but this left me without the ability to be fully hydrated...can't even THINK about material touching my body..ikky...so uncomfortable...my scalp..face..stay dryer than dry...my underarms was never a problem...now I get hives...my dry mouth has cost me 50 thousand so far...I wish this operation never happened
