I Sweat Down My Back...ugh

Sweat runs down my back and ends up looking like I owed my pants...help.
What's wrong with me?

Try wearing panty liners and switch up your panty style and fabric try something breathable

I try & wear a tank top or t shirt as my first layer. It's not very comfortable when wet but usually my top layer looks better. Best of luck

I use terry cloth sports headbands and bandanas under hats. I change them frequently. Carry a ziplock to out wet ones in. My hair is still wet but my cute straw hats keep it hidden.
