I have hypothyroidism and take synthetic for it. This going to sound crazy but if I don't wear a bra my head does not sweat as much or at all. The minute I put a bra on, the sweating starts. I can't wear anything with polyester in it either.

Check into Graves’ disease and or Hashimoto thyroiditis

Get your thyroid checked that's the exact symptoms I had in my case it was thyroid cancer but could just be a over or under active thyroid plesse get it checked.

I am exactly the same I think it is thyroid even if your levels come back within the normal region does not mean that you don't have it I have found groups that have been really helpful and told me that normal test results does not mean you are not suffering with the condition xx
